What more can I say... Dan is a great guy! I recently got a new shape Mark 3 Touareg and ran into a few minor issues with how we wanted things set up. Dan dedicated a lot of his time trying to fix the software/system configuration, but it still didn’t quite hit the mark for us. He was super apologetic and offered to take it back with a full refund. Once future updates sort everything out completely to meet our specs, I’m really looking forward to collaborating with him again. 👌🏻

I ordered the Remote Start and got it within a week. At first, I was a bit doubtful when I saw it advertised, but after hearing Matt Watson from Carwow talk about his experience and how he backed the product, I decided to give it a shot. It took me about thirty minutes to install, using their YouTube tutorial. It works like a charm! I also grabbed the long-range remotes, and again, I followed their How-To video. Those worked flawlessly too. Now, there are a couple of things about the remote start, though. They claim it works from almost a mile away, but that really depends on what’s in between you and the car. Also, the video wrapped up right after they explained the setup, but they didn’t cover where to place the receiver or how it flashes blue when the car is locked, which I found a bit frustrating. Other than that, it’s a fantastic product, super easy to install, and it works great!

Fantastic communication, Dan responded to all my queries and delivery was on point. The remote start functions nicely on my Audi A4 Avant. Installation was pretty simple, though having printed instructions would’ve been a bonus since the video links made me keep going back to make sure I was following the right steps. It looks well constructed, and the wiring harness that came with it fit perfectly. The app is decent; it does what it needs to do, but it could use some improvements (Android). All in all, it’s an awesome piece of gear that I can install myself and has been invaluable over the past week for warming up and de-icing my car.

I'm really thrilled with this item. It allows me to start my Audi A8 D4 remotely without having to use a key. It connected seamlessly with both the long-range remote and the phone app too.
